This aromatic coffee is a compilation of the best coffees from the State of Cauca in Columbia. Known as one of the regions with the finest of coffees, our Cauca coffee has everything you are looking for in a superb cup of coffee: great body, excellent acidity, and an intense orange and honey flavor. The dedication to perfection from our local farmers in Cauca ensures that the coffee is picked at the precise point of ripeness for the bean. The coffee beans are then fermented and dried in parabolic beds completing the process.

All coffee will be roasted on Mondays and shipped on Wednesdays. All coffee is available for purchase as green coffee.
